We worked with Dianna Clampitt as our buyer’s agent during our home purchase in October as first-time buyers using a VA loan. During the process, we were referred to the home inspector by our agent and were assured that we were in good hands. We relied on that recommendation, as well as the guidance provided throughout the transaction. We also have written communication from the transaction indicating that required repairs had been completed and that a VA reinspection had occurred. We relied on this information when making the decision to proceed to closing. After closing, we discovered multiple serious issues within the home that were not identified during the inspection and have since been documented by licensed professionals. These include structural deficiencies, crawlspace concerns, and conditions consistent with long-term moisture and mold. This experience has raised significant concerns about the accuracy of the information provided and the recommendations made during the transaction. As first-time buyers, we relied heavily on the guidance we received. Based on our experience, we strongly encourage other buyers to independently verify inspections, repairs, and all representations before proceeding with a home purchase.

Omg where do I start!!! 😂 I was in a rush to move to an entire different state. I picked a house put the down payment then changed my mind…‘let’s just say it was probably a fast and shaky ride for Mrs. Dianna. Through it all she stayed beside me and was very patient, informative, and darn good at her job.
